At Fired Earth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection via our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
